Our Programs

Our mindfulness-based interventions are evidence-based and complementary tools for managing health. We offer these programs periodically. Please Register if you are interested.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy-MBCT™

This group-based mindfulness intervention was created by Zindel Siegal, Ph.D., to help people who suffer repeated bouts of depression and chronic unhappiness. The course is nine weeks in duration, including the orientation class. Weekly classes are 2.5 hours in length.

Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management -MBCPM™

This group-based intervention was designed by Jackie Gardner-Nix, MD, to help patients suffering from Chronic Pain. This includes migraine, fibromyalgia and many more conditions.
